- Try to schedule your flight as close to dusk as possible, this means you can get to your hotel and go straight to sleep. If you can’t land at this time, wait until it is night time at your destination.
- Wear loose and comfortable clothing that mimics nightwear
- If you like it dark and quiet, use and eye mask and ear plugs to create a more consistent environment. I recommend the Sleeep earplugs from Flare.
- A blanket can help keep you warm if you are chilly, but also spraying your partners aftershave or perfume on it will make the environment seem more familiar which will help you feel more emotionally secure.
- Take a good travel pillow with you – I recommend the JetRest or Trtl Pillow.
